However, in the author's own words:

'It is best you see Hachijō Tōya for Hachijō Tōya's occupation solely, and rather than fixate on who I am exactly, focus on the games set up between Hachijō Tōya's dear readers. Games being the stories which Hachijō Tōya elects to showcase. Guess the culprits, solve some puzzles, and then maybe you might pick up something new along the way, as any human should.

I duly pray that these stories keep you occupied & leave you better off, somehow, someway.

Lessons can be learned anywhere. The key to enjoying a book is to also appreciate the world you reside in, the world which permitted you read in the first place.

I fear I may have been overzealous & boisterous in previous condemnation towards several phenomena, but a certain, bite is required in my profession.
